RETURNS POLICY

Please read our return policy carefully and follow the instructions below. This way we can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.

All returns should be sent back in their original packaging.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request your return number. Return number (RMA) is a unique code that you will receive after starting the return process on the Agora order page - check Agora Return Process for more details. Your return number will be sent to you via email. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your return number.

Returns outside the 28-day window may be accepted at our discretion. 

To ensure your return is accepted by our returns team and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and shipped from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy. 

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all Agora and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. 

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer. 

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR UK CUSTOMER 

1) How to create a return

To create a return, please access your Order Confirmation Email or log into your AGORA account, go to Order History, and Click on the Order you would like to return. You will be redirected to a Return Form where you will select the items you would like to return, the amount (if more than 1), and the reason for your return. Then click on create “return”. You will see the Return Confirmation page that displays the item(s) you want to return and the return number (RMA). You will also receive an email with a summary of your request. The email will contain:

  • Return number (RMA)
  • Return Instructions
  • Prepaid return label
  • Tracking Number

2) How to ship the return

Please insert the return item in the original packaging provided and drop it off at your closest Royal Mail location. Please print the return label and bring it along to the Royal Mail post office. Hand the item and the prepaid return label to the Royal Mail attendee.

3) Return Inspection

Your return will be inspected by our return team (or our 3rd party partner) and you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your return. 

4) Refund

If the return is approved, we will process the refund crediting it back to the payment method used for the transaction. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded from the refund unless the item is faulty. In case the return is rejected, we will send back the item to the original address it was shipped to.
